Fragrances sold outside Switzerland and/or the EU cannot be returned nor exchanged due to transport restrictions.
You are responsible to check with your local post office if the shipping of fragrances is allowed.
We only accept new products in their unopened pack and in good condition within 15 days after delivery. Please note that only products purchased on www.ysuzac.com may be returned.
If you have noticed some irregularity on your perfume, think to provide us a small photo. We will do our best to help, but as you know, a picture is worth a thousand words.
