A NEW START OF TOMORROW
Dans un désert reculé, où la lumière du soleil est omniprésente et le vent absent, un échiquier noir et blanc est placé au centre d'un cercle de pierre ancien et abandonné. Le temps et moi avons commencé une partie d'échecs.
Chaque coup d'échecs mène vers un lieu inconnu, vers un temps inconnu. Il n'existe ni contournement ni échappatoire. Le dégradé du ciel bleu étoilé constitue le seul témoin de cette partie d'échecs sans précédent.
Je ferme les yeux, prends une grande bouffée d'air et fais un geste audacieux. Soudain, une brise de feuilles vertes traverse le cercle de pierre chauffées par le soleil. Comme le prédit la légende, pour chaque manche gagnée contre le Temps, une nouvelle feuille luisante va pousser.
Point Mort - une partie d'échecs avec le Temps ; un nouveau départ vers le futur.

Vincent Micotti’s daring approach to characterising the Oud and his distinctive olfactory visions turn Point into a true work of art, which demands nothing other than its artistic existence.
THE POINT MORT II STORY
In perfect harmony with Pluto’s current celestial shift—an unbinding towards the South on the 13. October 2025—we mark this extraordinary moment with the unveiling of Point Mort II. This is no ordinary presentation, but a deliberate alignment with a rare astronomical turning point: a monumental mechanism change in the sky, mirrored in the spirit of the work itself.
The term Point Mort carries weight in the world of mechanics. It signifies the instant when motion disengages from propulsion—when the gear lever rests between drives, freeing the wheels to move without force. It is a pause pregnant with possibility, a breath before redirection, a pure state of unbound potential.
This second chapter, Point Mort II, preserves the original narrative conceived in 2020—an
enduring chess match between human and time itself. Yet here, the work asserts a renewed vigour: a celebration of release, transformation, and courage.
