This perfume offers a sensory experience of a spectacular civilisation, lost to us for more than 2000 years. Imagine the exaltation when the first man rediscovered this ancient city, shrouded in woodland in the middle of a desert. It was not a ruin, but the remains of a wonderland.
The perfume begins with a significant radiance, surprising and addictive. As in a fairy-tale, fruits were glistening and treasures abundant. Ancient oak barrels, grape vines drying in the light, tremendous pomegranate and pear trees silhouetted against a glorious sun – all these added to the magical scene.
